AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT

Instead of posting a new recipe today, I am sharing with you my five best breads. According to my taste, that is, not the most popular in the blog. I thought it would be a fun thing to do, as with almost nine years of blogging under my belt, there’s a lot to choose from.  So here we go…

  1. This is such a coincidence! I normally only get around to making one sort of bread about every couple of weeks but this week my MIL is staying and I’m making 5 types since she loves home baked breads. I made Hokkaido milk rolls, 2 hour no-knead crusty rolls, next is no -knead dutch oven bread, Matthew Evans Potato Bread and some sort of sour dough. I will get around to trying some of your favorites sometime. I especially like the look of the tabatiere.
