ZIGGY STAR BARKER IS TWO YEARS OLD TODAY!
To celebrate, we baked her a batch of dog biscuits which she will share with the brothers, aka The Grumpy and The Royal.
DOG BISCUITS
250 g smooth peanut butter (about 1 cup)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 + 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup of water
pinch of salt
Whisk peanut butter and eggs in a large bowl until smooth. Add all other ingredients and mix, adjusting with more water or flour to form a nice dough.
Roll out, cut shapes and bake at 350F for 18 minutes.
Serve to your well-behaved pup and wait for the two paws up!

Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you . . oh, Star you can hear me, can’t you 🙂 ? Mother – another birthday and more baking . . . I hope you had some ‘meaty’ bits there too as Milady does not seem to be super-thrilled at the look of the offering 🙂 🙂 🙂 !!! And big pats to the other ones . . . especially to Grumpy who, at times, just might feel a tad out of things? But, Ma’am, don’t know whether I am turning into a pup in my ‘old age’ but I love the recipe – TRULY !!!
