Regardless of whether you agreed with his movie critiques, he is an interesting man with a lot of character.
He does not suffer from superstition or delusion, yet manages to live a decent and moral life. He is bravely living life with a clear sense of his own mortality. That cannot be said of many people. We can all learn from Roger Ebert.
