Your pics look super! Didn’t you love the bagels? and the brioche? Actually, everything’s been good so far, I think, though I didn’t find the Challah to be as rich and eggy as we would have liked.
Hello, Kate
I am definitely enjoying the challenge, as it gives me a chance to try breads I would never consider making. Most things were very good, the ciabatta was my biggest disappointment, but maybe I need more practice with that recipe
Looking good!
could you slow down a bit! i started late and am baking feverishly to catch up. your kaiser rolls look terrific. i dashed ahead and did the pain ancienne baguettes….just you wait! best wishes from England
Wow! These are stunning! You certainly have moved beyond the time when you claimed to be “yeast challenged”.
Nice to come across your blog. I have a lot of catching up to do….

Hello, Sandy! Nice to see you here!
I need to update this page, to include the most recent breads made, your comment was a good reminder
you are now so far ahead you are out of sight…well done! they look beautiful except for the bagel which is missing New York, as am I.
Hi Sally,
The breads look awesome and too die for! I’m glad I found your site via Micheal.
Your Friend From FK,
Kendall
Thank you! It’s been a lot of fun to bake all those breads, I am still trying to figure out what to do next as far as bread baking is concerned… but, I am not in a hurry, something will come up
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
